Ascent of Beinn a’Bhuird North Top (1197m), Ben Avon-Leabaidh an Daimh Bhuidhe (1171m) from Linn of Quoich Car Park. 19.5 miles, 1500m ascent 10.5 hours. Takes an unusual short cut over Carn Elrig Mor col which shortens the route but isn't seen in the guide books.

Then by foot more or less as per the SMC Corbets guide book. Total distance 60km [50 bike, 10 on foot] 1180m of ascent. Time over 8hrs, depending on how much time you spend in the cafe at Corrour Station.
