Main Road E for 200m then FP NE over Garsdale Low Moor to South Lunds Pasture, cross rwy and take FP to Blades. Climb on FP NE to High Dyke. Take High Way (Lady Anne's Way) NW to Hell Gill Bridge. Descend W on FP to Aisgill. 16km, 445m ascent/descent, est time 3:55. (Based on gpx trace recorded on 05/03/13)
