Details: Park nr Carrock Beck. Road S to Mosedale then W direction Swineside. Fork on to track along Grainsgill Beck and climb Cumbrian Way to Lingy Hut. Leave Way to follow ridge E to Carrock Fell. Retrace route for 100m then descend N to return to start. 14.2km, 547m ascent/descent, est time 4:10hr. (Based on gpx trace recorded on 21/03/13. Does not follow footpaths as snow was to deep to find them!)
