- Visited this in 1991, during a circular walk from Tissington to two other trig points in the area. I think I approached from the access land just to the west, although it's possible to reach the Trig Point entirely within access land from the south.

- 27/1/23 Gained access land from N through Ballidonmoor farm yard and track. Gates west led to nearby access land of the dramatic curving sweep of Ballidon Dale -opposite the not so insignificant quarry.
