- Started from Barnoldswick and took the path to Duck Pond Farm to see the 2 heads. Carried on to Gisburn Old Road to Weets House where it's a short hop to the trig. From the trig it was back down the road and left on to Lister Well Road track across White Moor to Copy Nook. From there it was on to Salterforth and the Leeds/Liverpool Canal back to Barnoldswick
