  • Chris Pearson says...
  • 1 of 6 Tumps on a circular 3hr run from Bowness before 10.00 am . Climbed at first light having run/ walked from Bowness in the dark. Came at the summit from the east to avoid disturbing the owners /(dogs?) at Bellman Ground in the dark. Rough dead bracken -easier going under scattered silver birch trees. Waterlogged fields and drizzle down to Winster.
