  • Summit is in rough open woodland next to cow pasture. The nearby Coombe Valley nature reserve in summer is a carpet of wild flowers in an oak woodland and a good spot for viewing birds and butterflies galore includsng the oddly named green hairstreak the only green coloured butterfly that can be found in the UK.
