  • Started from Walves and set off on a path through the woods to the end of the track and a quick detour left to the top on a glorious day with views to Winter Hill, Peel Tower and the Clwydian Hills, then through Turton Bottoms to Jumbles Reservoir and onto the Tump of Affetside
