Member's Comments on Bowden Hill...

  • Nick Wakelam says...
  • Top seems to be on driveway (a public RoW) just at the bend by bungalow. Limited parking where drive meets minor road to north. Flat top and trees mean limited views, but impressive tithe barn along road to NW. Also hopped over gate to reservoir in field to east, but this is definitely lower.

  • Pillar destroyed November 1982
  • Stephhughes88 says...
  • Trig is no longer here. An hour of searching neighbouring fields and no luck. If it’s still around it’s like looking for a needle on the hay stack. Worth a visit for the views on a sunny day though.
