- From Strines Bridges car park (probably private; but no signs saying not to park) Good track until past the end of the grouse butts. From boundary stone stone slb path to top. Summit in cloud so no views but eerie with interesting rock formations

- From Cutthroat Bridge to Derwent Edge. Walked the Edge to Back Tor. Then across the Moor to Strines Inn. Road for 2 miles then across the Moor back to the bridge
