  • Plenty to see whilst trying to detremine the highpoint - war memorial - Jack Straws Castle (fitness centre - "just bring us your body we'll do the rest") summit lake surrounded by busy roads. Patches of grassy common and the higher (artificial) reservoir mound in a fenced compound with Hampstead observatory telescope on top -open sundays for 2 hours and one evening a week for star gazers ( summit baggers?)
