  • Detailed surveying (see data base of British hills) has calculated this spot by the hedge on the Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire boundary to be higher than Silverhill by some 30cms despite an extra 5 metres being added to Silverhill during its landscaping to try to win the title ! Combined with a thrash into the undergowth to try to get as close to the hill highpoint (inside the compound)
