SWCP - Sandymouth Circular
Park at NT car park, Sandymouth. Route goes inland at first then N using BW and lanes past GCHQ site as far as Stanbury then returns on SWCP. Some steep sections, both down and up, slight exposure in places. 12.5km, 473m ascent/descent, 3:15hrs. Recorded 13/08/17.

SWCP - Morwenstow Circular
Park Morwenstow, Rectory Farm. PROW N from church to Cornakey Farm. There is a PROW NE from here to Marsland Manor but FB SW of Manor was closed until Dec 2017. Only possible diversion is by lanes to Manor (see trace). From Manor take byway N to Nature Reserve then FP W to join SWCP, Follow SWCP S to cliff above Caunter Beach then turn inland to Stanbury before returning N on FP via Tonacombe. A strenuous walk with great views. 12.2km, 570m ascent/descent, 3:40hr. Recorded 12/08/17

Exeter Ship Canal
A pleasant flat walk on the edge of Exeter. Park by canal near Exminster, follow towpath S on west bank to end of canal at Turf Inn, cross on lock gate, take PROW on east bank N, past Lock Keeper's Cottage, under M5, across A379, past Double Lock pub and cross canal at Salmon Pool Bridge.
