Redmire Moor
Park off Hargill Lane near How Hush. FP E to Grinton Smelting Mill then S to Snowden Man. Continue SE across Preston Moor to rifle ranges. Follow wall S then W to Lang Scar Fm. Take track NW, W, NW via Cobscar to regain Hargill Lane. Head NW to cattle grid then take track W to Dent's Houses. Return to start N and NE on track and FP. 16.6km, 370m ascent/descent, 3:20hr. The Calf and Yarlside from Bowderdale
Park off road S of Brow Foot S of A685. S on minor rd then track and FP over Hooksey and Leathgill Bridge to Randygill Top. Continue across Kensgriff and Yarlside to Bowderdale Head. Climb to FP then follow to The Calf. Return via Hazegill Knott and West Fell. 19.6km, 970m ascent/descent, 4:55hr. Recorded on 21/04/15

Acorn Bank to Culgaith Circular
10.5km, 172m ascent/descent, 2:20hr. From Acorn Bank NT property FP NE by Crowdundle Beck to Newbiggin Hall. Cross Beck, take minor rd then FP to NW to Culgaith. Minor rd NW out of village to take FP SW across tunnel to Wastebank Wood. Follow FP SE by river (care needed - path in poor condition) to minor rd. Continue to Millrigg Bridge. FP to Temple Sowerby, return on FP NE to start. 10.5km, 172m ascent/descent, 2:20hr. Recorded on 20/4/15.

Crosby Ravensworth to Maulds Meaburn Circular
Park Crosby Ravensworth. FP across ford NW to Crake Trees, continue N to Reagill Grange. Minor rd 300m N then track and FP E and SE to Howebeck Bridge and Maulds Meaburn. Return on FP by Lyvennet Beck. 9.8km, 170m ascent/descent, 2:15hr. Recorded on 18/04/15.

Teesdale Way
Park Mickleton stn. Minor rd N to village. FP NE across bridge to Ornella Fm. Follow Teesdale Way to Middleton, cross Tees and return on Tees Railway Walk. 8.8km, 120m ascent/descent, 2hr. Recorded 17/4/15.

Pike O'Blisco and Crinkle Crags
Start Old Dungeon Ghyll, B5343 S then FP SW past Wrynose Fell to Pike O'Blisco. Descend to Red Tarn, follow FP NW to just before col then off piste to Cold Pike. Faint FP toward Great Knott and follow main FP traverse Crinkle Crags (trace includes Bad Step). From Three Tarns descend E on The Band. 13.2km, 998m ascent/descent, 5:05hr. Recorded 16/04/15.

Bassenthwaite Circular
From Bassenthwaite village take minor rd The Rake to FP going W along scarp. Descen through Bank Wood, minor rd W to A591. FP S to Scarness Cottages. Follow FP by lake SE to Bowness Bay. FP NE to cross A591 at High Side. Minor rd NNE to FP before Walk Mill Bridge. FP NW to Burthwaite. Return to start NW on FP. 10.3km, 221m ascent/descent, 2:40hr. Recorded on 10/4/15.

South Tyne Trail
From Garrigill village follow S Tyne Trail on E bank of Tyne to Shieldmeadow Brow. Return on minor rd on W bank of Tyne. Walk could be extended to take in source of S Tyne by continuing S on track frm turning pt. 11.2km, 197m ascent/descent, 2:50hr. Recorded 7/4/15.

Ivinghoe Beacon Round
This walk has been covered in the website many times before, please click this link to view page again if you need any details. A nice 10 Mile walk along the rolling hills of the Chilterns, its all on nice paths but a few hills to climb but you can have a nice pint in the Valiant Trooper Public house on the way

Hanborough & Woodstock
At 13.5 miles this is a long walk however it is mostly on the flat so it makes for a good day out, it takes you through the parks that surround Blenheim Palace and was one of the most pleasant and beautiful walks we have done in quite a few years
