Set in Howgills. Park off road near Brow Foot. Minor rd S to Potts then shepherds' tracks via Hooksey, Leathgill Bridge and Randygill Top. Off piste over Kensgriff, Yarlside (care on ascent) to Bowderdale Head. Climb to BW, follow to Bram Rigg Top and Calf. Return on shepherds' tracks via Hazelgill Knott and West Fell. 19.6km, 973m ascent/descent, 5hrs. Recorded 21/04/15
