Park at Cotegill bridge in Mallerstang. Road S to Aisgill Cottages then BW S over Turner Hill to East House in Grisedale. Road S to Beck House then FP SE to Garsdale Head. Main Road E for 200m then FP NE over Garsdale Low Moor to South Lunds Pasture, cross rwy and take FP to Blades. Climb on FP NE to High Dyke. Take High Way (Lady Anne's Way) NW to Hell Gill Bridge.
