Details: From Bedburn minor rd NW to forest track at ht 217. Follow track W through forest onto moor. Skirt Redford Allotments then continue on track NNW to Doctor's Gate. Take track SW initially beside wall then SW across moor. leave track on footpath S at 330 m contour to descend to forest at Potato Hill. Climb over wall by gate to continue on path through forest to join forest track. Follow track E to eventually meet access road. Take road E to start. 9.7km, 208m ascent/descent, 2hr.
