Details: Starting at Horton-in-Ribblesdale the trace follows the 3 peaks route to the summit of Pen-Y-Ghent. From here it goes the length of the massif to Plover Hill before descending the northern flank of the hill and circling back round the eastern and southern flanks via the surrounding dales. 22.8km, 750m ascent/descent, 4:48hrs.
