Climb from New Dungeon Ghyll to Stickle Tarn and then follow the ridge via Blea Rigg and the Castle Howes to Silver How and then return on a super ledge walk contouring and descending back to Langdale. 11.2km, 586m ascent descent, 3:40hr. Recorded 25/03/16.
