Details: A pleasant walk down one side of the East Lyn River from Brendon to Lynmouth and back up the other bank. Perfect for Autumn. From village car park in Brendon follow lane to Rockford. At 25% sign leave lane to follow Bridleway then Permissive Path to Watersmeet. Continue on same bank past Myrtleberry Cottage. As FP nears road take narrow path to road leaving path as it descends to bridge. Follow road to Lynmouth (FP starting at 73219 48780 not passable). Cross river on FB and follow Coleridge Way. Take Woodland Path rather than Riverside path to avoid crossing river as far as Watersmeet. Continue on Coleridge Way to Brendon. Parking PC and pub at Brendon, PC and cafe at Watersmeet. 15.4km, 343m ascent/descent, 3:40hrs. Recorded 4/10/18
