Park Tarn Foot. FP to Pelter Bridge via Ivy Crag, Todd Crag and Miller Brow. W via Rydal Cave and Loughrigg Terrace then climb to trig pt. Circular tour of plateau skirting Scartufts and Black Mire returning to summit. Descend to Loughrigg Tarn and Tarn Foot. 14km, 645m ascent/descent, 4hrs. Recorded 28/11/14.

Park at NY947072. Follow minor rd to Punchard Gate. Track S towards Punchard House then FP by wall to join Punchard Gill at Routh Level. Track E to Punchard Gill Coal Level then path NW to West Moor. E by Annaside Edge to Great Scollit Hill. Descend on shooters' track NW to William Gill. Return NE by Wiiliam Gill then on minor rd. 13.1km, 311m ascent, 2:42hr. (Recorded on 27/08/14)
