Beinn Dorain Beinn Dothaidh
Starting from bridge of Orchy train station a fairly clear path leads up to the bealach which has a large cairn on it seperating the two munro's head south to climb Beinn Dorain return to the bealach then head nne to Beinn Dothaidh, the path quickly becomes very boggy for some distance in wet weather but the path does return.distance 8.9 miles 4136ft ascent time taken about 6 hours with breaks

Another Ben Starav route, this one tackles the hill via its south west ridge. Contines on to Glas Beinn Mhor and descent via Coire Odhar. Start point in Glen Etive is access road to Coileitir Cottage [a few limited car parking spaces] Distance 21 km, ascent approx 1500m, time 9hrs [Snow covered winter ascent]

Beinn nan Aighenan
Track log from an ascent of Beinn nan Aighenan. This is the long route from the east and is an interesting alternative if you have done this Munro by the normal route from Glen Etive. Start point is car park at Victoria Bridge, Distance 32km, ascent approx 1250m, time just over 10hrs. The track in is cyclable so a couple of hours could be knocked off if using a mountain bike.

Stob Ghabhar
Tracklog from an ascent of Stob Ghabhar from Alltchaorunn in Glen Etive. The initial ascent is via the long undulating Aonoch Mor ridge. This northerly route, although longer, makes an interesting alternative if you have already climbed this Munro from Victoria Bridge. Start point is small parking area at the private road into Alltchaorunn in Glen Etive. [Gate no longer locked] Distance 20km, time under 8hrs, ascent approx 1400m.
