From Langthwaite take minor rd E to Booze. Continue on FP NE past old lead mine. Cross Slei Gill and climb S to boundary wall on Fremington Edge. Follow wall SE to FP and track to Reeth, Descend Edge by FP to Reeth. Cross Arkle Beck by Road Bridge and continue W by minor rd and FP to Healaugh. Take minor rd, track and FP N then NW to Calver Hill. From hill regain path and follow it NE to Arkle Town and then rd to Langthwaite. 16.4km; 639m ascent/descent; est time 4hrs.
