Bink Moss from Holwick
From Holwick, take FP across Holwick Scars then S to Rowton Beck. Leave FP, follow N side of wall SW up Easter Beck. At top cross fence and follow S side of fence line WSW over Green Fell to summit of Bink Moss (duck boards are in place over bogs). Admire the boot then head W along fence to Hagworm Hill. Join FP N along fence until RoW leaves fence line to cross Howden Moss. RoW is visible to begin with but soon disappears completely. Follow occasional guide posts in direction of Noon Hill. Posts also run out after Nature Reserve sign. Continue over Noon Hill Moss and Noon Hill Side to cross Skyer Beck and join Pennine Way. Return E on PW past High Force. Leave PW at Holwick Head House to return on FP to start. 16km, ascent/descent 413m, est time 4hrs. (Gps track recorded on 20/06/13)
