From the Skiddaw car park route descends Latrigg before gently climbing the east side of Glenderaterra Beck (boggy in places) then returns along west bank on the Cumbrian Way with great views over the Dodds, Derwent Water and the northern Lake District. 9.4km, 330m ascent/descent, 2:10hr.
