Privacy & Cookies

For Non-Members: we use a “single session” cookie for the duration of your visit to help the site work properly & Google Analytics to monitor the number of returning visitor’s to our site, this necessitates  a small number of safe “1st Party” Cookies. They contain no personal data.

If you register as a Member: either directly or via your favourite social network, we add another cookie that contains your username and your encrypted password so you can stay logged in for the duration of your visit and subsequent visits (or until you log out). Your social network might also use their own cookies too.

We keep all our members’ details strictly confidential: we store your registered email address, username, and last IP address on our server, and we keep  your password  encrypted on our system – so even we can’t read it!

We will never ever sell your details, or spam you.

We also use reputable third-party advertising companies (via Google & occasionally Amazon) to serve adverts when you visit our website. These companies may use their own cookies to store information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and would like to know your options in relation to·not having this information used by these companies see the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

We hope this is not a problem.
