Details: Tracklog from an ascent of Stob Ghabhar from Alltchaorunn in Glen Etive. The initial ascent is via the long undulating Aonoch Mor ridge. This northerly route, although longer, makes an interesting alternative if you have already climbed this Munro from Victoria Bridge. Start point is small parking area at the private road into Alltchaorunn in Glen Etive. [Gate no longer locked] Distance 20km, time under 8hrs, ascent approx 1400m.
