Details: First part steady downhill, narrow in places, some fixed rope sections not really needed in good conditions. Once in valley gentle walk downhill steepening towards end. 3 Alms in Pinnistal for refreshments. Transit to Franz-Senn-Weg on roads. FSW starts with zig zag climb but eventually flattens to contour and then descend gently to valley. Return to Neustift by river on good paths. 15.4km, 465m ascent,1275m descent. Recorded 17/06/18.
