Easy trig -bridleway from road then left over gate to follow horse field edge between hedge on right and fence on left. Across the main road is Risley Hall where The Risley Park Lanx , a large Romano-British silver plate, was discovered in the grounds in 1729 and was on display at the British Museum until removed whilst consideration of it being a forgery continue, as it was linked to a known art forger.
