We had a week at Glen More lodge in training for our IML awards. Unusually wintry weather for June! But helped with practising our snow skills. We also got over to Lochnagar for some Munro bagging.

A bank holiday weekend munro bagging on the Cullins: Sgurr Dubh Mor (944m) and Sgurr nan Eag (924m) Sgurr a’Mhadaidh (918m) and Sgurr a’Ghreadaidh (972m) Sgurr Mhic Choinnich (948m)
For Easter week we spent a few days at Breamar and bagged: Carn an Tuirc (1019m), Tolmount (958m), Tom Buidhe (957m) and Cairn of Claise (1064m) Carn Aosda (917m), The Cairnwell (933m), Carn a’Gheoidh (975m), Creag Leacach (987m)and Glas Maol (1068m) Driesh (947m) and Mayar (928m) Then we went backpacking in Knoydart (at Inverie) and bagged: Ladhar Bheinn (1020m) Meall Buidhe (946m) » read more »
A weeks training in snow skills with Glenmore Lodge, 5 snowy days and 1 night out on the Cairngorms. We bagged Sgor Gaoith & Meall a’Bhuachaille too.
