A weeks Munro bagging based at Fort William: Buachaille Etive Beag- Stob Coire Raineach (925m) NN191548   & Beag-Stob Dubh (958m) NN179535   Carn Mor Dearg Arete (1220m) NN177721  and Ben Nevis (1344m) NN166712  The Ring of Steall: Sgurr a’Mhaim (1099m) NN164667 , Am Bodach (1032m) NN176650 , Stob Coire a’Chairn (981m) NN185660  and An Gearanach (982m) NN187669  Finalising with Helen’s Last Munros:  Buachaille Etive Mor-Stob na Broige (956m) NN190525   & Stob Dearg (1022m)NN223543    

June: Fisherfield & The Deargs  

Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend we took another flight to Inverness and walked into  Shenavall bothy to camp. The following day we did the Letterewe 5.9 Munros; Beinn a’Chlaidheimh (now a Corbet), Sgurr Ban, Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair, Beinn Tarsuinn, A’Mhaighdean, and Ruadh Stac Mor. May: Glen Affric  

May Bank Weekend we took a flight to Inverness and walked into Glen Affric for two nights at the remote Allt Beithe Youth Hostel. From there we bagged; An Socach (921m), Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan (1151m),  Mullach na Dheiragain (982m) – we used this route Mam Sodhail (1181m), Carn Eige (Carn Eighe) (1183m), Beinn Fhionnlaidh (1005m) then on to Tom a’Choinich (1112m) and Toll Creagach (1054m) – we used this route

Easter: the Cairngorms from Newtonmore  

Weather was a bit mixed with white out blizzards, so we didn’t take any photos.
We did however get some good bagging in…

The Aonachs by “Easy” Gully  

A fab winters day out bagging; Aonach Beag (1116m)  Aonach Mor (1221m) by easy gully, which was really quite steep at the top and not at all easy.
