Cnicht to Allt-Fawr
Starting in the village of Croesor up to Cnicht around some nice mountain lakes ideal for a lunch stop then on to Ysgafell north top then the actual summit followed by Moel Druman and Allt-Fawr before descending in to slate works (may want to stay fence side until A470)

Culter Fell
Track log from an ascent of the hills surrounding Coulter Reservoir. 2 Grahams and 3 Donalds. Start point is a small parking area just past Culter Allers farm, Distance 23 km, ascent approx 1200m, time just under 8 hrs [Time was for snow covered winter ascent, probably an hour or so less in summer]

Moel Ysgyfarnogod and Foel Penolau
Fantastic distant views of Snowdon and Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula. It would appear we were fooled by the cairn near Foel Penolau and needed to walk a little further to bag the true summit. This walk is very easy with the exception of a scramble to include Foel Penolau, the majority of the climbing is via a graded miners track. Elevation range from 870ft at the lowest to 2037ft at the highest. 6.3 miles Start - grass verge parking at the end of a long and narrow lane with surprisingly few passing places. 52.888132 -4.0390504 or SH62906 34245
