Pike O'Blisco and Crinkle Crags
Start Old Dungeon Ghyll, B5343 S then FP SW past Wrynose Fell to Pike O'Blisco. Descend to Red Tarn, follow FP NW to just before col then off piste to Cold Pike. Faint FP toward Great Knott and follow main FP traverse Crinkle Crags (trace includes Bad Step). From Three Tarns descend E on The Band. 13.2km, 998m ascent/descent, 5:05hr. Recorded 16/04/15.

5.5 miles starting at Hoegate Common (SU 626129). Parking on Hoegate Common. Via Hambledon, Bottom Copseand Russell's farm. Hilly , 10+stiles (some awkward), muddy in places.

Tarn Hows & Holme Fell
Tarn Hows NT car park, skirt S & E side of Tarn. Path N to Oxen Fell, cross A593, take track to Hodge Close quarry. Leave track on FP by SE edge of quarry, then S over Holme Fell to Yew Tree Tarn. Return to Tarn Hows up Tom Gill to see waterfalls. 8.7km, 325m up/down, 2:20hr. Recorded on 7/10/14.

Pen-y-ghent circular from Horton in Ribblesdale
Walk starts and ends in Horton in Ribblesdale. Yor can park for free in the lay-by just outside the village if you're lucky, else there's the pay and display car park in the middle of the village. The walk is 5.7miles and takes around 2hrs.
