Park at NT car park, Sandymouth. Route goes inland at first then N using BW and lanes past GCHQ site as far as Stanbury then returns on SWCP. Some steep sections, both down and up, slight exposure in places. 12.5km, 473m ascent/descent, 3:15hrs. Recorded 13/08/17.

SWCP - Lyme Regis to Seaton
Catch X52 bus from Seaton to Lyme Regis. Alight at Holm Bush Car Park to avoid steep climb from sea front. Path from W end of car park joins SWCP. Follow SWCP to Seaton. Might be muddy in bad weather but stinking hot when I did it. 11.4km, 430m ascent, 480m descent, 3:30hr. Recorded 19/6/17.

From sea front route is initially W then circles via Furze Park back across the village climbing steadily via Silver Mines to join SWCP. Returns over Great Hangman and Little Hangman. 8.9km, 419m ascent/descent, 2:15hr. Recorded 16/3/17

Exmoor - Doone Country and Shilstone Hill
From Dry Bridge on B3223 route is E across Tippacot Ridge then drops down Little Black Hill to Doone Country. Return up Great Black Hill, cross Malmsmead Hill then head W on track and FP to Shilstone Hill. 9.5km, 198m ascent/descent, 2:25hr.
