From Tebay village S on minor road to gain open access land. Shepherds' tracks S over Tebay Gill, White Combs and Powson Knott to Blease Hill. Initially faint path ENE towards Archer Hill but leave path to go cross country over Archer Moss. Shepherds' track from cairn SE to Uldale Head then cross country N to Rispa Pike and then descend W over Whitefold Moss to track at sheepfold in valley. Track N to Weather Hill then leave NW on shepherd's track to Waskew Head. Return on track to Tebay. 13.2km, 473m ascent/descent, est time 3:15hr. (Based on gpx trace recorded on 19/04/13)

Start Wet Sleddale car park. Road back to Coopers Green. Cross moor to old construction road. Follow track to Keld road. Follow road W to Tailbert. Cross moor on FP to Swindale. Road and track to Swindale Head. Climb on to Nabs Moor to Mosedale Beck. Return on green track via Scam Matthew and Sleddale Hall to Reservoir. 18 km, 480m ascent/descent, 4:30hrs.
