Hanborough & Woodstock
At 13.5 miles this is a long walk however it is mostly on the flat so it makes for a good day out, it takes you through the parks that surround Blenheim Palace and was one of the most pleasant and beautiful walks we have done in quite a few years

The walk starts and finishes at the pay and display car park in Buckden (£4.50 all day). The route is 8.2 miles and took me 3 and a quarter hours.

Exmoor - Withypool Common
This route affords good views of the Exmoor countryside. The section from Lanacre Gate across the moor to Hawkridge Common can be boggy and hard going but is OK after a dry spell or when the ground is frozen.
