Glen Affric Munros Day 1
An Socach (921m), Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan (1151m), Mullach na Dheiragain (982m) from Glen Affric SYHA. NB: This file is a 'Route' consisting of a small number of Waypoints plotted on a Computer, it is NOT as detailed as a Track recorded by a GPS in the field. Distance 13 miles, Ascent 1400m - time 9 hours. NOTE: The second route segment included in this gpx file shows a much better return route from Bealach nan Daoine to Bealach na Cloiche lower into Coire nan Dearcag than we used.

Beinn Narnain Beinn Ime
Start at the carpark at Inverglas, i followed another walkers route from here and can safely agree if you can find an easier way up ...take it. the route through the forest plantation was a nightmare ( i lost my sticks) and took me nearly 4 hours to get to the summit of Beinn Narnain total ascent 5420ft,13.4 miles,and took 8 hours. All that aside ..a great days walking!

A classic 10 mile walk from A'Chuil bothy taking in two remote Munros. A bit of scrambling required on the Sgurr na Ciche - Garbh Chioch Mhor ridge but a wall helps with route finding.

Southern Spain. Stunning views of Mediterranean and mountain ranges including Sierra Nevada. Circular hike. Start/finish at car park in forest picnic area, accessible on track leading from Nerja caves car park. Distance: 14.1 km. Time: approx. 5 - 5.5 hours. Ascent: 1102 m. Highest point: 1411 m. Descent: 1060 m. Great hike but probably best to avoid summer months.
