Park off minor rd at NY847309. Track S then SW across Widdybank Pasture to meet Pennine Way. Follow PW E to Saur Hill Bridge. Continue on PW by Tees to Cronkley Bridge. Leave PW on FP to Wat Garth. Take FP to Knott Hill and join track to Saur Hill Bridge. Recross bridge and take FP alongside Langdon Beck to Intake Farm. 7.5km, 68m vertical, 1:50hr. (Recorded 07/08/14)

Park in Dent. Minor rd to Church Bridge. Follow Dales Way E alongside Dee to Mill Bridge. Minor rd E to Sike Fold House. FP N to cross river on Tommy Bridge. From Sunbiggin Tarn leave C2C to go NNW across limestone pavement to Maisongill. E to Asby Grange, SE to Burtree than Little Asby. Leave village E on track than FP to Potts. Park Crosby Ravensworth. FP across ford NW to Crake Trees, continue N to Reagill Grange. Minor rd 300m N then track and FP E and SE to Howebeck Bridge and Maulds Meaburn. Return on FP by Lyvennet Beck. 9.8km, 170m ascent/descent, 2:15hr. Recorded on 18/04/15.

Park off Hargill Lane near How Hush. FP E to Grinton Smelting Mill then S to Snowden Man. Continue SE across Preston Moor to rifle ranges. Follow wall S then W to Lang Scar Fm. Take track NW, W, NW via Cobscar to regain Hargill Lane. Head NW to cattle grid then take track W to Dent's Houses. Return to start N and NE on track and FP. 16.6km, 370m ascent/descent, 3:20hr. Park nr Park End Farm on Limestone Hill. Follow track then FP W through Park End Quarry to Rowton Beck. Follow faint path by field boundary SW then head SE across Crooks o' Green Fell to Brown Dodd and Rake Gill. Shooters' track goes ESE to join Pennine Way nr Wyhtes Hill. Follow Pennine Way across Harter Fell. At end of FP follow line of old rwy WNW to start. 12.3km, 323m ascent/descent, 2:20hr. Recorded on 2/5/15
