Braithwaite Circular Valley Walk
Park off A66 at Braithwaite. FP from A66 NE to Bog House then ESE to How. Follow FP by Derwent under A66 to Derwentwater Hotel. Take road S to Nichol Marina. Follow FP S via Silver Hill and Stub hill to Hawse End then minor rds NW to Swinside. Take FP W to Newlands Beck then follow beck N to start. 10.6km, 130m ascent/descent, 2:10hr. Recorded 01/05/15.

Acorn Bank to Culgaith Circular
10.5km, 172m ascent/descent, 2:20hr. From Acorn Bank NT property FP NE by Crowdundle Beck to Newbiggin Hall. Cross Beck, take minor rd then FP to NW to Culgaith. Minor rd NW out of village to take FP SW across tunnel to Wastebank Wood. Follow FP SE by river (care needed - path in poor condition) to minor rd. Continue to Millrigg Bridge. FP to Temple Sowerby, return on FP NE to start. 10.5km, 172m ascent/descent, 2:20hr. Recorded on 20/4/15.

Crosby Ravensworth to Maulds Meaburn Circular
Park Crosby Ravensworth. FP across ford NW to Crake Trees, continue N to Reagill Grange. Minor rd 300m N then track and FP E and SE to Howebeck Bridge and Maulds Meaburn. Return on FP by Lyvennet Beck. 9.8km, 170m ascent/descent, 2:15hr. Recorded on 18/04/15.

Pike O'Blisco and Crinkle Crags
Start Old Dungeon Ghyll, B5343 S then FP SW past Wrynose Fell to Pike O'Blisco. Descend to Red Tarn, follow FP NW to just before col then off piste to Cold Pike. Faint FP toward Great Knott and follow main FP traverse Crinkle Crags (trace includes Bad Step). From Three Tarns descend E on The Band. 13.2km, 998m ascent/descent, 5:05hr. Recorded 16/04/15.

From Bassenthwaite village take minor rd The Rake to FP going W along scarp. Descen through Bank Wood, minor rd W to A591. FP S to Scarness Cottages. Follow FP by lake SE to Bowness Bay. FP NE to cross A591 at High Side. Minor rd NNE to FP before Walk Mill Bridge. FP NW to Burthwaite. Return to start NW on FP. 10.3km, 221m ascent/descent, 2:40hr. Recorded on 10/4/15.
