  • 2 hour circuit run (on a dry morning!)using very muddy,waterlogged Dales Way,fpaths and lanes linking 3 Tumps from /to Bowness. From summit had just over 1 hour to run back to Bowness before a very nice sunday roast family lunch cooked by brother. Just made it with time for a shower first, followed by a snooze watching footie on telly afterwards!
