  • The Hill is skirted by the Watercress Line - a 10 mile restored stretch of heritage railway (originally used for transporting locally grown watercress to London, and for moving troops from Aldershot to Southampton for deployment by ship overseas. Summit is by the managed Chawton Park woods- popular for mountain biking and dog walking.
